DAVE VAN HALANGER – UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA – Total-Body Workout For The Young Athlete

Is designed to introduce strength training to the beginning athlete. The DVD takes the athlete through a series of upper, lower, and total-body movements. Engaging the athlete in constant movements with combination exercises, the DVD initially explains and demonstrates how to properly warm-up and then concludes with core training and stretching.
