The DVD details the base blocking rules for blocking the inside zone, as well as discusses two proven techniques for executing such a block. The DVD also covers adjustments that offensive linemen should make when facing different defensive fronts when blocking the inside zone play. In addition, the DVD includes a series of game-tested drills that coaches can use to develop the offensive line fundamentals and skills that are essential to blocking the blast play.
